Adam's been a software engineer for 23 years, focusing heavily on three key concepts: "Keep It Simple", "Do It Right", and "Is It Worth It?" He does not believe in overengineering when he can save a client time and money by keeping it simple, but he also does not believe in doing anything if you are not going to do it right. Most importantly, he does not believe in doing anything that is not worth the investment of time and money. Finding the balance between these concepts has allowed him to help hundreds of clients improve their operations, marketing, and overall business.
Adam was the Chief Operating Officer for a conglomerate of technology companies including Xponex, Rentacomputer.com, Camera Security Now, and Computer Service Now for 18 years until mid-2019 when he transitioned to President of Xponex to focus his efforts on his true passion - digital marketing, web design, and helping small businesses grow. His clients over the years have been as large as Fortune 500 companies like Sherwin-Williams, but his favorite type of client has always been small, family owned businesses and solopreneurs.
Adam holds a Master of Science in Information Technology Project Management, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology Software Engineering. Residing in Middletown, Ohio with his wife, Tabitha, and their two children, Lilliann and Elliott, he and Tabitha enjoy philanthropy and volunteering their time and resources. Adam currently serves on the St. John XXIII School Board, is the Grand Knight of the Knights of Columbus Council 1610, a Committee Member of Boy Scouts of America Pack 85, a Track and Field Coach, and a Parish Council Member of Holy Family Parish. His favorite local organization to sponsor is the Cincinnati Zoo.
